Suggest Remedy For Intense Abdominal And Mid Back Pain

I went to the emergency room yesterday afternoon after 24 hours of vomiting, intense upper abdominal pain, vomiting up coffee ground emesis, and severe mid back pain. The main reason I went is because I have epilepsy and because of the vomiting and dehydration I started having a lot of seizures. After fluids, IV keppra, pepcid, zofran, and fentynal I felt better and was sent home with scripts for zantac and zofran. Throughout today the vomiting has stopped but the upper abdomen pain is so intense it is almost unbearable. It is a sharp, drilling pain that intensifies with pressure or movement. I have no appetite and when I have tried to eat the pain is worse. I have started running a low grade fever and my heart rate feels elevated. Is this all related to a gastric bug or ulcer. Or is this something I should be more concerned about. I don t want to go back to the ER if its not necessary. Hx: 30 year old active female, good health, no tobacco, occasional alcohol, post traumatic epilepsy from a head injury, weight 102, height 5ft 1in. 2 pregnancies, 2 full term births. NKDA
