Suggest Remedy For Intermittent Headaches

my nine year old daughter has been having chronic headaches in the forehead area for the last year. My pediatrcian felt that it is tension related. we saw a neurologist who wasnt concerned upon exam. we did not follow up with mri. this week the pain is inermittent and on one side of her forehead only (temple). she isn't in exxtreme pain but is complaining on and off of this pain. dont know what to think?
