Suggest Remedy For Internal Rectal Prolapse With Tarlov Cyst

I have an internal rectal prolapse. I also have a Tarlov Cyst which is on S-2 and is communicative. My surgeon at Tampa General said she cannot guarantee that I would not have major pain due to this. What is your opinion? I don't know if I should fly up to Baltimore to Johns Hopkins to have the surgery done now. Is this a better option?
