Suggest Remedy For Intolerance To Heat And Skin Problems

Hi, may I answer your health quFerrieos rigmht now ? Please type your query here...Hi, I am 46 years old male belong to bhubaneswar, orissa. I am a Software professional and have worked in various parts of India as well as in US. Before I started working in IT profession I was very much active in Sports like cricket, kabaddi, volleyball, etc. I was able to tolerate the heat and humid climate in Bhubaneswar. But, at present I am not able to. My skin gets tanned to black. I do have some rashes and blisters. I also sweat a lot in summer and my body gets heated up with little rise in temperature. I was working in US from March 1999 till august 2009. I had worked mostly in cold places like in Buffalo city (NY State), Rochester City (NY state), Chicago, Boston, New York and New Jersey. I am 5ft 7 inches tall and weight around 90kg. I was 69kg back in 1999 before working in US. I never got a chance to do exercise from March 1999 till February 2005. I was diagnosed as Type-2 diabetes patient in 2001 by an Indian Doctor. I also was dianosed to have high trigliceride and cholesterol. I started taking metformin for blood sugar issue and lopid for cholesterol. After some days doctor again prescribed for Avandia (which is banned all over world). I also took avandia for almost a year. After taking avandia I started gaining weight. I got frustrated with all these medicines as it did not control the blood sugar and stopped taking all these medicines in 2005 for about a year and half. I shifted a new place on a new project and started drinking lot of water and did some walking and treadmil exercises. My blood sugar came down to 91. Again the same story repeated when I came back to the same old place Buffalo(NY state). Again I started taking medicines (no AVANDIA this time as it was banned). Right now I am in Bhubaneswar for about 2 years and am taking medicines like DIAPRIDE Plus, Galvusnet and preotor for blood sugar. I am continuously playing lawn tennis everyday for about 1 hour everyday. My cholesterol level are in healthy range. My blood sugar in control. But, I have developed the complications of not able to tolerate the heat, having blisters and got skin rashes due to High U/V rays. I am feeling drowsy during the day. I am loosing my drive to work. Please help me here as I need it very badly. Please suggest me the right guidelines.
