Suggest Remedy For Inverted Nipples And Improperly Formed Breasts

have inverted nipples and my breasts dont seem of formed properly, im too embarassed to go to the doctors about it, is there anything i can do naturally to sort it out or is surgery the only option? Im 20 and its affecting lots of aspects of my life.
