Suggest Remedy For Involuntary Fall Of Foley Catheter Due To Deflation Of Balloon

My Daughter is a paraplegic and she needs a Foley catheter all the time. At first the trouble we were having is the cath would plug up with stuff and the urine would not be able to drain, it would usually last about 7-10 days and we would have to change the catheter but now we are having trouble with the catheter coming out. There seems to be no pain associated when this happens (she is non verbal) but for some reason the balloon is breaking and then the catheter just falls out. She is incontinent so she wears attends all the time. I am the only one who changes the catheter and I am not over or under inflating the balloon. Any help would be very much appreciated. This cannot be very good for her and the catheters are quite expensive. Thank you
