Suggest Remedy For Irregular Bowel Movement With Blood In Stool

Hi I have blood passing along with my stool. My stool is also not regular. It is granular and disperses as soon as it contacts with water in Comod unlike regular stool which always stays binded. I have also just come to New York and adapting to new fodding habits. Also I had stomach tubercolosis 3 years back and had completely recovered there after. Kindly suggest what is to be done?
