Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation Due To PCOD

hi i am 19 years old having irregular periods. it was started on 14 years old and it comes for every 2 months regularly for 2 years from starting onwards after that due to some reasons i have took anti depression tablets to come out from depression upto 1 year. than it has stopped completely. this was happen past 2-3 years back. i have pcod problem too and high bp fluctuations upto 150/100 sometimes because of the hormonal tablets ( nerflox). now my doctor suggested sevista 60mg. i hope this will also increase the bp and weight gain too. there is any other alternate to overcome the pcod problem and at present from 2 months continuosly with the gap of two to three days bleeding problem is there. my height is 165cm and my weight is 77 now before it went upto 86kgs.
