Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation

Hi, my menstrual period comes every 2 or 3 months and when ever it comes it lasts more than 2 weeks.
I took few blood test for it but nothing shows up on the test.
I'm 18 and not sexually active. My period has always been abnormal ever since I got it at age 13.
