Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation

hi last month feb 8 i use 2 cytotec insertto my vigina and 1 orally taken... i bleed for an hour.. for 8-15 and 21-22..and i take again this march 14 15 at nyt.. im crampin .. fever chill..diarrihea.. but now i dont have a bleed up to now.. i insert 4 cytotec . and 2 under my tangue.. bt my its not a bitter taste.. its is ni taste the tables ....why should i do!? why im not bleed again after use the 6cytotec again after amonth.. please help me
