Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation

hi 23 yr old, last year i had not menstruated for 3 months, dr then prescrribed me with sysron n and myotol f for 3months, then i was regular bt after 4months of stopping taking myotol f my periods have again become irregular. last few dates of my periods are: 12feb 2015, 1jan 2015, 26 nov 2014, 25 oct 2015, 15 sept 2014. what should i do now/
