Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation

Hello my name is tysheka im 20 years old. my problem is i don't really get my period as often. I will miss over 6 months then itll come back and i ll start having it in consecutives months. this happens every year I never really talk to an doctor about it. I looked up some informations and i think it could be secondary amenorrhea but i dont know. But if that is the case could you tell me if women with secondary amenorrhea can conceive, that my main issue i really do want to have kids is it possible?
