Suggest Remedy For Irregular Periods And Mild Bulky Uterus

Hi I hav rregular periods and i am unmarried, 25 years old. My ultrasound says i have mild bulky uterus while all my blood reposts are fine include thyroid. I will be gettng married soon ad hav started taking M2 tone. This month my periods are delayed by 25 days.
