The tip of my penis is irritated to the point that it hurts when it rubs against my boxers, i just thought it was that all night at work until i get home and see blood spots on the inside of my boxers. I have not a lot of blood coming out of the tip and it seems like only if i squeeze it a little will i get anything out. It kinda feels like i have a cut inside of it, hurts when i urinate.
