Suggest Remedy For Irritation On Inner Foreskin

Hello its been 2 weeks now that I have an irritation of my inner foreskin where it looks as though my inner foreskin has been wounded. And there appears small boils on the penia head. I m a faithful husband and my wife has had a recent urinary infection. I dont know what is causing this or why. Any of your advice would be helpful
