Hi, I had unprotected sex about 30 days ago and for about the past two weeks i've had a minor itch on the tip of my penis head. It feels like it's on the inside, so i checked the inside of my pecker bearly and there seems to be a small white looking dot or speck. My scrotum and anus has been itching along with the penis itching, but i don't know what exactly it is. Could i get this checked out at a local clinic or do i need to go to a specialist?
