Suggest Remedy For Itchiness In The Penis

My penis started to itch a few days ago and then sting suddenly afterwards. I avoided masturbation to see if I could get rid of the stinging but it seems to be getting worse. Every time I urinate or oull back my foreskin it stings but there is no visible cut or wound. I havn't had sex either. Any ideas?
