Suggest Remedy For Itching And Burning In Buttocks And Vaginal Lips

i just moved to indonesia about 2 1/5 months ago. Less then two days after I got there I got a really bad itch and burning around my butt and vagina lips I had a discharge so I went to the doctor to find out it was an infection from not drying myself good enough. The itch never went away it has gotten worse. It is no longer in that area it moved to the inner lips to the vigina. please help me.
