Suggest Remedy For Itching And Swelling Of My Clitoris Post Intercourse

I have had probs w yeast infs for months, on and off. Everytime my husband and I have sex, I immediately the next day have the painful/ swollen/ itchy clitoris and labia. Could this be something else? I am so sick of living w this chronic infection/ inflammation. I am using lotrimin instead of the monistat, it gives the best relief. I had, when all this originally started, tried the diflucan 3 times. It got better, but like i said, returns off and on many times for mts. What else can I do for the itchiness and swollen/ burning clitoris?
