Suggest Remedy For Itching Around The Anus

Hi, I have alot of itching around bed time around my anus, but have had a lump down there for some time, its not painful and is soft and I can move it around so haven't been concerned, recently though I've started getting pains around my chest and stomach so I'm getting more worried.
