Suggest Remedy For Itching Around The Penis

hi this is rajesh i am 23 years old.....i have been feeling itchy on the sides of my penny......and to scratch it ....or apply hot water...to stop it.....its reduced these days....but there is a mark on the sides of my peeny.....on the thyghs.....wht can i do to reduce itching
