Suggest Remedy For Itching In Labia Minora

I have had really bad itching now for about a month on my labia minora and it wont go away. I have tried baby diaper cream as well as triple antibiotic ointment and nothing is helping. I dont have any other symptoms besides a clear discharge. Can you help me... please?
