Suggest Remedy For Itching In Legs And Feet

I work at a club and in the lap dance room there is dried semen on the couches which is discusting my legs and feet have been itching where i have to put neosporium. but if i take off i dont have this problem.
Is this irritation coming from the couches. and should i call license and inspections.
