Suggest Remedy For Itching In Neck,chin,back Of Head And Eyebrows

Hi please help. my neck, chin , back of my head and eyebrows itch wich makes me scratch until the point of bleeding in some cases. I also itch on my shoulders and the front top of my trunk. I have visited my doctor who told me the rash is a "surface contact" rash probably from changing my washing powder. I have changed the powder to a NON-BIO, but i am still itching. The only cream that seems to clam the symptoms down is an Aqueous BP cream
