Suggest Remedy For Itching On Hands, Legs And Genitals

Hello , Im Kishore age 33 Male Recently I suffered with severe itching problem on my legs and hands due to unknown reasons , It was nocturnal itching and my skin became very dry since then . Im using moisturiser to keep it conditioned and also I m facing problem in my genital area where I have irritating itchy feeling on tip of my genital . Similarly on my legs I have itchy spots which are now turning dark day by day
