Suggest Remedy For Itching On The Inner Thighs

I have been having itching on my inner thighs. Though not scratching alot, there are now bruises where i am itching. I am 44, 5 feet 7 inches tall, medical history includes.......migraines, ablation 3-1/2 years ago for rapid heart rate and high bp, 3 c-sections (1992, 2008 and 2014). Thanks
