Suggest Remedy For Itching On The Top Of Left Breast

Hi there, On the top of my left breast its very itchy, and gets dry, I put E45 cream on it every night and in the morning to control the itching, but what is it? i now have 3 small red spots in a line probably due to scratching it.. its now driving me mad.. I see a doctor tomorow So I will get him to examin it but do you have any other advice?
