Suggest Remedy For Itching, Smell And Black Skin On Scrotum And Groin

i am a male 0f age 22,i have been suffering from itching at scrotum and groin since 6 months or so...it is periodic,which causes heavy itching with a bad smell and a black dead skin.i live in a town in south india where there are no speciality hospitals for such kind and i am feared of consulting the local doctors.i use to apply an ointment "itch guard" which gives me relief for a couple of days or so and the problem begins unexpectedly...i observed that my groin and the scrotum line to anus had a shredded colored skin like that of a ringworm effect which gives terrible itching around the anus too.please provide me a natural solution preferrabaly in home
