Suggest Remedy For Itchy And Sore Welt Under The Right Breast

Hi, I have a welt under my right breast, one on my right side and one towards the right side of my back, all in the same line area, they are itchy and sore, I have been applying a benedryl cream to sooth the area. This started a week ago, they seem to be getting better but I m not sure what they are

I really appreciate your concern, it is the allergic condition "Diphenhdramine is the best choice for this but most of the time such allergic condition comes around on its own, so no need to worry about this, contact dermatitis needs to be ruled out, else this is nothing to worry hope this information, helps.
