Suggest Remedy For Itchy Black Spot On Stomach And Thigh

Hello doctor, well here's my issue: I have one very itchy black spot on the right side of my tummy and another one on my left thigh.. When i dont touch them it's normal ( not itchy ) but if i do touch them it gets very itchy. Please advice me in a solution to my problem.
