Suggest Remedy For Itchy Blisters On Penis Foreskin

i seem to have little red itchy water blisters that come and go on my foreskin .the last time they where there they left a scare on my penis .A mouth later they have come back on the left side and i am currently applying some anti fungal cream which helped me the previous experience kindly advise what to apply and take to get rid of this recurring problem
