Suggest Remedy For Itchy Bump In Mons Pubis

I have a big itchy bump around my Mons Pubis. I scratched it, and it somewhat spread a little bit. I put some "Savlon" which is some antiseptic cream, it turned the infected area red and somewhat irritating. I can't wear my underwear as when it makes contact with the area, its quite painful.

I have tried to google some answers and found that it might be possibly because of razor shaving.
