Suggest Remedy For Itchy Bump On Body

These little red bumps show up all over my body, most;y my bum and they itch really bad which later turns into a scaley rash until i scratch it so much it bleeds. I can't help it though they otch and I feel like it's spreading. I'm 21, female, 5'5 180 pounds
