Suggest Remedy For Itchy Bumps On Arms And Legs

2 days ago in the morning my 10 year old daughter found small, white, round bumps on her legs and arms it was mildly itchy. That evening after her shower her arms, legs and some on her face appeared & it was very itchy. Tonight it happened again. It went away after 1/2 hour of taking an antihistamine. She is just recovering from a cold and asthma. She began taking ventalin 2puffs 3X a day 10 days ago and sinculair 7 days ago. She has had these medications before. I added mucinex 4 days ago.
