Suggest Remedy For Itchy Bumps On Vagina During Pregnancy

I am 5 months pregnant and have noticed a line of bumps on either side of the outer part of my vagina. They itch! I have tried diflucan with some relief but on one side the bumps flared back up! I am married and due to pregnancy complications we have not been intimate since month 2 of my pregnancy.
