Suggest Remedy For Itchy Bumps

My husband and I started to itch about the same time. His was just itching and mine had little tiny bumps. I went to the Doctor, and he said it was nothing and did some blood work which came back negative. I was still itching and he gave me prednizone. I am still itching, and so is my husband. Cold seems to help.
