Suggest Remedy For Itchy Dark Spots On Labia Minora And Soreness On Right And Left Abdomen

I noticed 2 dark spots on my labia minora. I have no unsual discharge. But my vagina does itches near and around the area of the dark spot. Sometimes I feel sore on my right and left abdomen (near my belly button). Not sure if this is anyway related. I had a Laparoscopy a few years ago to remove fibroids.
