Suggest Remedy For Itchy Flaky Skin On Nose And Forehead

I have flaky skin on my forehead, around my nose, and along my hairline. Also, I suffer from redness between my eyebrows, with thick flaky dry skin in my eyebrows. My eyebrows are extremely itchy. It seemed to present with the change to colder weather. I also suffer from dandruff with tiny like pimples in my scalp. Any help would be appreciated.
