Suggest Remedy For Itchy Foot With Cramps

My left foot for years has been so itchy. I think I got it from a shower camping 10 years ago. I have tried every over the counter medication. I don't have insurance. It itches so bad it feels like a worm is inside eating chuncks of my flesh. I also have little red dots all over my foot and ankle. I follows up a few inches then stops a few inches above my ankle. It really feels like a parasite or worm is accually taking bites out of my flesh and it is so itchy. What do you think. I have as I said tried Lotramin and everything over the counter. Please Help.
