Suggest Remedy For Itchy, Irritated Ulcers On Vulva

Hi i had my period last week and i was wearing pads and tight leggings and i started to feel very itchy and irritated and a few says ago i noticed ulcers on my vulva... Iv been with my husband for 10 years and i never had any sexual partners prior to him... Please help
