Suggest Remedy For Itchy Labia

i am 20 years old and sexually active. ive been with the same guy for four years. recently i have had some itching on my labia majora. no discharge. but i scratched and i guess i rubbed the skin off. i was thinking it was itching because my thighs rub together but im not sure. the itching is extremely annoying? could you help me? maybe i can treat it?
