Suggest Remedy For Itchy Lumps Around Vagina

hi for the last couple of weeks i have three small lumps around my vagina hole there has been quite a bit of discharge which at times is very very thick and the lumps are itchy most of the time i hoped they would go away but they havent. Please could you tell me what you think it may be and give advice??
