Suggest Remedy For Itchy Penis Skin

i am raj, age 38, height: 5'6" weight: 53 from kerala, my penis skin is having itching and when intercourse its cut, i am cleaning it morning and evening but sort of white(grey) things appearing there.. i used anti fungus cream only few hour i get relax. what i should done for permanent solution.
