Suggest Remedy For Itchy Raised Area On Scalp Spreading To Body

I started with itching in my scalp approximately 6 weeks. The itching has spread to my neck, both breasts, right arm around the shoulder and armpit area, low back, sides of my trunk and behind my left knee. No amount of antihistimine or anti itch creams help. There is no red rash on the itchy area but if you run your hand over it the itchy area is raised.
