Suggest Remedy For Itchy Rash After Tattooing?

Hi, i did something really stupid few weeks ago. I tried meth for the first time. My friends and i smoked it out of a light bulb & did a few lines. While being high for 3 days i let a friend tattoo me & hadnt used since. Its very itchy and has a rash. Not like any of the other tattoos i got. Almost feels like i have stuff crawling all over me. Is this because i was under the influence of meth & how do i get it to stop?
