Suggest Remedy For Itchy Rash All Over The Body

i have a itchy rash all over my body besides face, neck and private parts. Ive been to the ER and to the doctor and they have no answer yet ive also been on two different steroids and now some cream and nothings helping. now i have these clear blisters on my hands with clear puss coming out im dont know what is wrong and im getting scared
