Suggest Remedy For Itchy Rash And Skin Irritation

Itching of the outer ear canal that started about two weeks ago,i have no rash or skin irritation,just the itching. I am 64 years old and in fair health,I have some hearing loss and suffer from chronic heads and am getting botox injections, could the botox be my problem with itching ears.
