Suggest Remedy For Itchy Rash On Body

Yeah I was wondering if it is critical to get checked out my husband and I were in st.thomas Virgin islands and I m covered with no-see-ums bites all over I can t get the itch to stop even with coating with cortisone cream While taking benedryl every 4 hours is now going on day 3 or 4 on the benedryl and from that I feel I m getting dizzy and slight blurred vision wondering if I stop taking it if there s anything else I could do for them?
