Suggest Remedy For Itchy Rash On Hands

I have a very itchy rash on my hands. It started at end of January. I thought it was caused by very dry skin. Application of hand cream on ly mae it worse. It starts as a raised spot the size of a pin prick.then enlarges usually in a circular pattern that becomes dry .the original pin prick remains in dried pattern. What can it be?
