Suggest Remedy For Itchy Rashes In Thigh

I am 19, missed my period last month. I have never had sex. I have a rash on my inner thigh, that itches. I have had a yeast infection before, and I'm thinking I have one now. If I was going to have my period it would be around now. I am lightly, almost not existentially bleeding. I first lightly bled after i put the yeast infection medicine in. Help? I have also been dieting and going to a gym regularly if that has anything to do with it.
